getseo.pro provides SEO analysis, content tools, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use getseo.pro.
• One person may not maintain multiple free accounts.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scan URLs you do not have permission to analyse
• Circumvent scan limits or billing systems
• Use automated scripts to abuse the service
• Resell or redistribute access without permission
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer or copy the service

5. Plans and Billing

• Free plans have scan limits and feature restrictions as shown on the pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We do not offer refunds except where required by law. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe there is an error.
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

getseo.pro and all its content are owned by us. You retain ownership of content you submit. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process that content to provide the service.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI features generate suggestions based on your input. We do not guarantee accuracy or originality. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

getseo.pro is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that SEO recommendations will improve your rankings.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with notice via email or the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
